Our Company
Who we are
Be4 Builders Inc., founded by Pastor/Mr. Rhener Cunanan Bathan, began with the vision of creating a construction powerhouse. Our first major success was the flagship Be4 Gasoline Station in Barangay Sambat, Balayan, Batangas, which became a bustling commercial center. This led to further projects, including another gasoline station in Barangay Putol, Tuy, Batangas, cementing our reputation for quality and timely delivery. As demand grew, Be4 Builders Inc. was officially launched, offering a wide range of construction services. Our ongoing projects, such as those in Molave Subdivision and Martina Residences, demonstrate our commitment to excellence. We also collaborate with Bathan and Espinosa Realty Inc. to provide pre-selling residential properties, ensuring a bright future guided by innovation, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship.
Our background
Since its inception, Be4 Builders Inc. has grown from the ambitious vision of our founder and current CEO, Pastor/Mr. Rhener Cunanan Bathan. Starting with the construction of Be4's flagship Gasoline Station in Barangay Sambat, Balayan, Batangas—a 1000-square-meter site that transformed into a bustling commercial center—we quickly established a reputation for quality and timely project delivery. This success was followed by another significant project in Barangay Putol, Tuy, Batangas, attracting attention from other gasoline companies. As demand for our construction services increased, Be4 Builders Inc. emerged as a distinct entity, offering a broad range of services, from gasoline station construction to residential and commercial building design. Our ongoing projects, such as those in Molave Subdivision and Martina Residences, showcase our commitment to excellence and our collaboration with Bathan and Espinosa Realty Inc. to provide pre-selling residential properties. Today, our reputation for quality and dedication continues to grow, guided by innovation, integrity, and exceptional craftsmanship.
